For this demo note, the useful question is practical: what exactly are we making easier to repeat?
If the starting instruction is ambiguous, a fast answer can leave the ambiguity intact. If feedback arrives late, producing more work may give the team more to revisit. These are examples to investigate in a particular team, not numerical findings from the report.
A small observation exercise
Choose one recurring task. Follow it from request to release. Mark where someone waits, asks for context, or discovers a misunderstanding. Then consider where AI assistance fits.
The point is to understand the route before accelerating it. A stronger system gives useful output somewhere to go, someone to review it, and a way to learn whether it helped.
